Hinge Health Product Launch Videos

Context

When Hinge Health set out to launch the Enso M3–a groundbreaking device designed to help people move beyond pain and reengage with physical activity–they came to us with a clear goal: create a series of compelling visuals that not only educate users but inspire them.

The project spanned several days and locations, bringing together a diverse team to tell a story of innovation, accessibility, and movement.

A Logistical Feat

This shoot was no small undertaking. Over the course of four intensive shoot days, we ran two simultaneous crews across multiple different locations–all in the thick of 90-degree summer heat. Every detail from cast scheduling to location prep was choreographed with care to ensure smooth transitions between setups, seamless alignment between photo and video capture, and perhaps most importantly, keeping everyone cool and hydrated between takes. This level of coordination demanded not only a skilled production team, but a collaborative mindset shared by client partners, on-set crew, and cast.

Productions of this scale require not just coordination, but community. At our primary location, we knew parking would be tight with full crews on site, so, with a little advance planning, we secured additional parking next door by compensating the homeowners. When a last-minute creative adjustment called for an alternate doorway for a key shot, we turned to those same neighbors once again and they graciously allowed us to film at their entrance for another small fee.

The creative brief called for a mix of educational content, lifestyle storytelling, and brand-forward design.

With the Enso M3’s ability to support physical therapy even in the presence of chronic pain, the visuals needed to speak to empowerment, ease of use, and real-life application.

We designed and produced two core videos:

  • Onboarding Video
    • This 90-second piece was created to guide new users through setup and first use of the device. Featuring four talent (plus one very cooperative dog) across two locations, the video blends clear instruction with warm, human moments to reinforce accessibility and approachability.
  • Hero Video
    • Serving as the primary brand touchpoint for the Enso M3 launch, this 90-second video is designed to engage both new prospects and current clients. As part of a coordinated campaign that includes PR, social, and other marketing efforts, the Hero Video introduces the product’s new positioning, highlights key benefits, and adds credibility through real-world product use and references to recent clinical research. With a clear call to action, the video is built to generate interest, capture demand, and drive demo requests–anchoring the broader launch initiative and elevating the value proposition of the M3 through dynamic storytelling and proof-driven visuals.

These videos were supported by scriptwriting, storyboarding, art direction, and custom UI overlay designing.

In tandem with the video production, we captured two full days of lifestyle photography, resulting in 40 licensed images. These photos were created with flexibility in mind–optimized for use across digital platforms, educational materials, and campaign assets.

Each image reinforces the idea that healing, progress, and management don’t happen in a vacuum–they happen in kitchens, backyards, parks, and everyday spaces where people live their lives. The visuals are grounded, relatable, and infused with the same energy that defines the Hinge Health brand.

This was a full-service production from end to end. From early pre-production–scripting, location scouting, casting–to final delivery, we worked closely with the Hinge Health team to ensure that every visual element aligned with their goals for the Enso M3 launch.

The Hero Video now serves as a key brand touchpoint across PR campaigns, social media, and sales efforts, helping drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Messaging centers on the product’s science-backed benefits: increased access to exercise therapy, improved outcomes, and support for long-term mobility.

At the heart of this project was a shared commitment to quality, care, and meaningful storytelling.
