GOAL
Curry Brand came to us with a strong creative vision for “That Super Feeling,” – a campaign featuring Stephen Curry and Quincy Olivari for the launch of the Curry Series 7. Together we refined, expanded, and built the world that would showcase the shoe’s speed, bounce, and futuristic tech story.
EXECUTION
With just two weeks of prep, our crew aligned quickly on creative direction, logistics, and technical needs to ensure the day ran seamlessly. After our pre-light day, we had a fast-moving shoot day where our team captured motion, stills, interviews, and social-led moments, often simultaneously.
The art department delivered an incredible lift on a tight turnaround, building multiple custom environments, including a massive gradient backdrop, a rotating basketball platform, a glossy black plexiglass set, and an elevated transparent floor designed for dramatic under-foot shots. Every build played a role in shaping the visual identity of the Series 7 world.
Nearly 40 crew members and 30 client partners worked in sync, capturing multiple setups at once, adjusting to last-minute pivots, and keeping the momentum high from first shot to wrap. It was a true all-hands effort, and the energy on set made it something special.
We delivered four final pieces that blend ARRI Alexa, 16mm film, and photography.
