GOAL

PLEZi wanted to capture three different moments with one of their partners, Ayesha Curry: a product and development session, a fireside chat, and an in-store engagement with the public. They wanted more exciting and inspiring social content to promote their brand values.

Product & Development Session

We had the opportunity to film an exciting behind-the-scenes look at PLEZi’s product and development session with one of their partners, Ayesha Curry. During the session, we captured candid collaborative moments as the team discussed ideas and worked on solutions to refine their products and vision.

Fireside Chat

During an intimate fireside chat, we captured a powerful conversation between influencer Issa Okamoto and PLEZi’s partner Ayesha Curry. They shared personal stories, challenges, lessons from their journeys, and honest reflections on the challenges and triumphs of being women in business. The discussion celebrated resilience, leadership, and the importance of empowering the next generation of women entrepreneurs to break barriers and build with purpose.

In-Store Engagement with the Public

At a Safeway store, Ayesha Curry connected with shoppers in an unexpected way. Hidden behind a life-size cardboard cutout of herself holding a PLEZi drink, Ayesha spoke to customers through a speaker, sharing fun facts about the brand, complimenting outfits of passersby, and inviting people to take a sip. Shoppers expressions varied from confused to amused to curious, and a few brave shoppers even gave PLEZi a taste. A half hour later, Ayesha entered the store in person, surprising and delighting customers with meet-and-greets and more encouraging words about the brand. This moment highlighted the playful, welcoming spirit at the heart of PLEZi’s mission to spark joy and healthier choices.

CONCLUSION

This project was an exciting one— from a fast-paced on-site production to detailed editing in post-production, we successfully captured all the content within a 10-hour day, delivering both entertaining and inspiring content for the PLEZi brand.
